The Gemballa MIG-U1 is a fairly extraordinary car, it's absolutely unique as a custom version of the Ferrari Enzo (which itself is fairly unique as one of just 399 cars). It was the final car built by Uwe Gemballa himself before he sadly passed away in controversial circumstances in South Africa in 2010.
